The Oakwood Model
The Oakwood is approximately 1530 sqft and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This beautiful rambler features a gourmet kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 42" cabinets, and recessed lighting. This model shows a few of the upgrades that we are able to offer our customers such as, cathedral ceilings, white kitchen cabinets, tile tub surround and a wood deck perfect for entertaining.

The Cottagewood Model

The Cottagewood features a large master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, and 2 full baths. This customizable rambler is approximately 1600-1700 sqft. As with all our homes, this model boasts a beautiful gourmet kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 42" cabinets, and recessed lighting. This home showcases a few more of the upgrades we are happy to offer our customers such as white cabinetry, completely customized tile master shower stall, and the open decking perfect for entertaining.
The Amberwood Model
The Amberwood is our most popular rambler. Completely customizable, this home is approximately 1856 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This model features a beautiful gourmet kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room. This home features upgrades including a 3 car garage, custom kitchen island, stand alone tub in master bathroom, and custom color kitchen appliances. The fireplace is a beautiful focal point of this home.

The Amberwood II Model
The Amberwood II has a bump out making this model approximately 2200 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This model features a beautiful gourmet kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room. This home features upgrades including dormer skylights, larger kitchen island with granite overhang, handmade kitchen sink, flooring, and lighting.
The Clifton Model
The Clifton is our most popular colonial model. This model is approximately 2400 sqft featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This spacious home also boasts a large gourmet kitchen including granite, 42" cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island. The second level features a large master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, 3 large bedrooms, 2nd full bath with double vanity, and the convenience of a second-floor laundry room. This model can also be customized to add an additional main-level master suite.
